Learn to focus on the things you can do and are good at instead of what you cannot do. So much is in the way we think. We have a tendency to fixate on negative things, but there's an unlimited number of those, and we don't have time. There's also a lot of positive things to focus on, so you simply don't have time to think about what is bad, especially if you can't or won't turn it into something positive. To pat yourself on the back for what you are good at feels better than to mope about what you cannot be, right?
